| Fostering dermatology excellence through a proactive industrial strategy. |
Galderma constantly strives to deliver products offering the best quality, cost and service benefits, all in strict compliance with health and safety and environmental protection standards. To achieve these goals, the company’s manufacturing capacity is spread across three sites.
Montreal, Canada
Made in Canada. Canada’s fast growing manufacturing plant employs 230 employees, has five manufacturing skids and nine production lines offering a combined production capacity of 50 million units/year. The site supplies products for Canada, USA and 30 world-wide affiliates. It manufactures four different formulas: liquids, semi-liquids, creams and ointments. Current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) is an integral part of every process. Our manufacturing facility has been inspected and approved by Health Canada as well as by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) of the United States. The plant also secured twin ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001certification and is a certified C-TPAT (Customs-trade partnership against terrorism) member, participating in the first worldwide supply chain security initiative to ensure a more secure and expeditious supply chain for their employees, suppliers and customers.
